How do I pay?+
Choose a plan, then pay the invoice with MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money or a Visa/Mastercard card through Pesapal. Your server starts building as soon as the payment is confirmed.
How long does it take to get my server?+
Usually a few minutes after payment. You'll get an email with your server's IP address as soon as it is online, and you can watch progress from your dashboard.
Where are the servers located?+
You choose: Europe (Germany), the UK, the USA, Singapore, India, Japan or Australia. Europe is the best-value option for most Ugandan workloads.
Can I upgrade, reinstall or cancel?+
Yes. You can reinstall the operating system, reset the root password, restart and take snapshots from your dashboard. Cancel any time — the server runs until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens if I forget to renew?+
We send your renewal invoice 7 days before the due date. If it is still unpaid 3 days after the due date the server is paused (not deleted). Pay and it comes straight back.
