1. The service
Terry Technologies Limited ("we", "us") provides virtual and dedicated server hosting. Servers are operated in partner data centres; we manage ordering, billing and customer support.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate contact information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for all activity on your account and on the servers you order.
3. Billing & renewals
Services are prepaid for the billing cycle you choose and priced in Uganda shillings. Renewal invoices are issued before the due date. Services with unpaid invoices may be suspended after the due date and terminated if the invoice remains unpaid; data on terminated servers cannot be recovered.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use our services for illegal activity, spam, phishing, malware distribution, attacks on other networks, cryptocurrency mining, or content that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend services that put our network or other customers at risk.
5. Backups
You are responsible for backing up your data. Snapshots are a convenience feature and are not a substitute for independent backups.
6. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel a service at any time from your dashboard; it remains active until the end of the paid period. Payments for periods already started are not refundable except where required by law.
7. Liability
Our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim.
