What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and company details; the services you order; invoices and payment references; and support conversations.
How we use it
To provide and bill for your services, send service and billing notifications, respond to support requests, and meet our legal obligations under the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 of Uganda.
Payments
Card and Mobile Money payments are processed by Pesapal. We never see or store your card number or Mobile Money PIN — we only receive the payment status and reference.
Server passwords
Root passwords you choose are sent directly to our infrastructure provider's secure secret store to build your server. We do not store them in our database.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with our data centre partner (to run your servers) and payment processor (to take payments). We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can view and update your profile at any time, and request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting info@terrytechnologies.com.
